Blacks
Academy

Blacks Academy was created to coordinate and enhance the company's training initiatives, both internal and external. With the growth of Blacks and the increasing involvement in the territorial training system, our Academy serves as the benchmark for skill development in a highly specialised sector like composite materials.

Structure of the Academy

Blacks Academy is an autonomous and recognisable entity, created to enrich the company through the dissemination of knowledge, contributing to the professional and personal growth of internal resources and all the partners involved. The structure of Blacks Academy is divided into four main areas:

Multi-Level Training Incoming

It includes all training projects aimed at preparing new talents for effective inclusion in the company, actively addressing the issue of "skills mismatch" and improving the recruitment process. It also promotes interaction and collaboration with educational institutions to foster the creation of educational paths in line with the sector's needs.

Some of the projects included:

  • Composites Project ITIP “L.Bucci”
  • PCTO and internships
  • IFTS Composites
  • ITS advanced technological design
  • Master in Composite Materials - MACOF
  • Intensive specialisation courses

Internal training

It concerns the professional growth paths for existing staff, with the aim of promoting upskilling and ensuring continuous training to support effective responses to market needs, facilitating constant and ongoing updates. The available tools include a company library and online technical content.

Transversal training

This includes projects that aim to improve skills along the production chain, fostering synergies with other experts in the sector. The transversal training may include collaborations with service providers, customers, and other business entities to optimise quality and operational performance.
